Before arranging delivery

Confirm the delivery area, charge and expected timing for your particular order. This collection preview does not quote delivery dates or shipping charges.

When the lamp arrives

• Check the packaging and item for visible damage.
• Keep the packaging while you check the lamp and its included parts.
• Read the supplied assembly and safety instructions before connecting power.
• If something is missing or damaged, contact us with your order reference and photographs.

Cleaning and changing a bulb

Switch off, disconnect power and allow the lamp to cool before handling it. Follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions for the actual finish; do not infer a material from a photograph.

Use only a compatible bulb within the lamp's stated rating. If a cable, fitting or other electrical part appears damaged, stop using the lamp and seek appropriate advice.
